I got my man to actually eat some salad and vegetables! This miracle has a beginning when I forced him to go the the farmers mkt, with me. He was my food carrier while I shopped. He disappeared and I found him at the Juliet Mae Spice booth. He was listening to the guy tell him how to use "Dry Harissa" on steamed vegetables. He bought it and now asks for some veg.so he can spice it up. Insane! So, I check out the online Juliet Mae Spice people and I am hooked. So get your vegetable eater to try Spice.

Hahah, the cadbury egg does make for a great dinner, but it's probably a good thing that you went with the healthier choice. These greens look fabulous. I love all of your tips!

Sophie - Thanks! Glad you share my fondness for green.

Kay - Mmm... maybe I'll save those stems next time and make a pot of peasant soup. Thanks for the tip!

Anthony - They're not so scary. I think you can be swayed to the dark side :o) Let me know if you like them!

I've always been intimidated by DARK greens. I just can't imagine them tasting any better than grass, but I'm going to give your simplistic approach a try and see if I can't be swayed to the dark (green) side. Those saliva-inducing paninis look delicious as well!

I love greens of all kinds prepared your way and appreciate your permission to be generous with the oil. LOL I would add that the chopped stems are a delicious addition to many long simmering homemade soups.
